MAPP Assessment

Assessment.com offers a variety of different tests to help people discover what really drives them. One of them is the MAPP (Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential) Assessment, a top level complete assessment which helps people find their true motivations towards work. I took the free version of this assessment and have found it valuable in understanding the role I want to play in my business. They also offer a variety of other tests, such as IQ, EQ, Personality, Career Satisfaction, Success Likelihood and more.

Passion Portal Assessment Tool
During the first call of the Turbo-Charge Your Marketing program, Lori Palm mentioned the Passion Portal Assessment Tool. For $90, this assessment will help you identify your five top core passions that drive everything you do. According to Lori, your Profile of Core Passion shows you what drives your life and gives you words for what your intuition has been trying to tell you. It covers not only the strengths each core passion gives you, but the challenges it makes you face. I’ve taken this assessment and found it quite enlightening. Myers-Briggs Type Assessment
I’ve taken the Myers-Brigs test several times and, yep, I’m an INFJ every time! This information has really helped me assess whether or not to take on a project because it makes me aware of why my innate strengths and weaknesses are. There are several ways you can find out what you are. Here are just a few resources:

• HumanMetrics offers the JungTypology Test, a mini version of the Myers-Briggs for free.

• MBTI offers a complete online version of the Myers-Briggs test for $59.95.

• TeamTechnology offers a shortened version of the MBTI, called the Mental Muscle Diagram Indicator (MMDI).
