Does a Poor Economy Mean Poor Business?

Apparently not. The August 11, 2008 issue of BtoB magazine reported on a Opinion Research Corp. study that says, at least for small business, otherwise.
Conducted by phone between June 24 and July 3, the study polled 500 small-business owners and decision-makers. What they found was that 65% rated their business conditions as “good,” whereas only 27% rated the economy as “good.”

At Alex Mandossian’s Teleseminar Secrets Reunion, we did a “timeline” exercise. Alex started it by charting his highlights and lowlights from the past 20 years. It was fascinating to see this laid out for us and to know even someone like Alex was in the abyss at a couple of points.
Even more importantly, I learned 2 important takeaways I wanted to share with you.
